Easy Peasy Pillows

Hey everyone!  Sorry that it's been a long time since I posted.  I've been busy with the summer, playing with my cousins that had been gone for 5 years, and they finally moved back.  I was just having some fun with my cousins because I haven't seen them in a really long time.

Today's craft is easy peasy pillows for your doll.  First, make sure you have these ingredients:

I forgot to put the cotton in the picture...you always need cotton to make pillows!

Now, the reason I have glitter on there is because you can use glitter to decorate, but I'm not going to use it this time.

     1. Cut out two circle, square or triangle (any shape you want) pieces from the fabric.  Make them about the same size.
     2. Next, you put the cotton on top of one of the squares.  Don't make it too big, or it will be harder to sew!

     3. Put the second piece on top, like a sandwich.  Then find a color of thread that you like, then sew it together.  You can do any kind of sewing pattern you want.
     4. Keep on sewing until you reach the place you started.  You can have an adult help you with the sewing!  Now you have completed it once you have tied a knot for where you ended and started the sewing!

My doll loves her new pillow!  (Even if you don't have a doll, you can still make this just for fun.  Because crafts are mostly about having fun making things.)

You can decorate it with anything you want.  Glitter, markers, fabric paints, stickers, anything that your parents will let you use!

Have fun making this!
