Hey guys! I just wanted to say that the Valentine Heart could also really give you some nice curls if you wore it overnight. Now I haven't tried it but I think it might just work. Here's what the Valentine Heart looks like when it's completed.

Hey guys! :) Sorry about me not posting that much on this blog. :( I've just been so busy with school and stuff. But I'm on now posting a hair tutorial so yeah. I call this a valentine heart. If your interested in this diy then keep reading!  :)

I just had to say that my cat is now 4 years old!
Ok now back to the hair.

Now the requirements is that your hair (or the person who's hair you are doing) has to be about shoulder length. You will also need is: hair pieces, a hair brush, and bobby pins.
1. First make sure your hair is tangle free. You don't want your hair to be pulled out when you do your high ponytail. Speaking of high ponytails that's the next step! :)
2. Now create a high really high ponytail.(Sorry but you will need a higher ponytail then this one above. Try to make it more on top of the head. The image down below shows a little better)
3. Next split the high ponytail into two sections.
4.Then, braid the two sections. (This step is optional. If you want you could just leave it like step 3. But I find that it is easier to braid it.)
5. Now, bobby pin them down so the ends are pinned and won't get loose.
And your done! I really hope that this was useful! =D

Halloween Craft - Recycled Newspaper Bag Jack O' Lanterns

I love, love to recycle.  That's why I made these silly pumpkins.

They are really easy to make.  All you do is save your orange plastic bags that the newspaper comes in.  Then you can either rake up leaves and stuff them into the bags, or crumple up newspaper and stuff that into the bags.  Then you tie them off so they're kind of shaped like a circle, and draw jack o' lantern faces on them with a black marker.

You can put them in a cute pile in your yard or on your porch, or you can hang them in your house, or really do whatever you want with them!

Halloween Craft: Paper Bats

I made this craft at school:

It's really easy to make.  Just use the pattern below to start.  The pattern should fit on a normal sized piece of paper.  If you have thicker paper, it's probably best, but any kind will work.

You don't even have to use that exact pattern.  You can just use it for an idea if you want.  Anyway, you color it and cut it out.  The top part with the bat head you roll into a cylinder and glue it together.  The wings you glue onto the back of the cylinder to attach them.  It's a little bat decoration!

Halloween Craft Ideas

Hello everyone!  Wow, I've been so busy with school that I haven't posted much.  Sorry about that!  With Halloween coming up, I thought it might be fun to share some Halloween craft ideas. I will be posting a few each chance I get.  I hope you enjoy them!

Glow Jars

My mom saw this idea on a blog and she showed it to me, and I loved it!  These are really easy and fun to make.

Go to the dollar store and get a package of glow sticks.  Get a few glass jars from around your house.  Take one glow stick and cut it open.  Pour all of the liquid from the stick into the jar.  Put the lid on the jar and shake it all around.  The jar will glow in the dark!  I couldn't get a very good picture, but hopefully you get the idea.

You can see the full instructions and pictures HERE.

The winner was Cindy.  She was very nice and said her daughter would enjoy the prize.

Congratulations, Cindy!!
